For the most part to meet is just bands whose frontman have a terrible tone of voice, write obscure lyrics just for the fuck of it, and are really in it for the hipster pussy (just admit it I would like you more). Luckily there are a couple of groups out there who can call my ass a dedicated. Take Avi Buffalo for example. Even if I didn't go to high school with these cats (I'm one biased motherfucker accept it) or go to many of their early shows, I still think I would of picked up on them. Eventually. Long Beach natives like myself, they sound new, Avi can actually sing, lyrics are always good, and they have girls in the band who can hold their own. They'll be playing today at the Busker Festival here in Long Beach for free along with the Cold War Kids and 60 Watt Kid.
